Inverness Place Bed & Breakfast is located on an entire city block (approximately one and 1/4 acres). Each guestroom is furnished with antiques and period reproductions, and has a private bath and cable TV. The inn is within walking distance of the downtown business district and the bicycle trial. |
House Rules
Smoking is permitted on the grounds and first floor porch only.
Children sixteen and up are welcome.
Sorry but pets are not permitted.
Advance reservations are required.
Reservations require a deposit equal to one night's rate or 50% of the entire stay's rate. Balance is due upon check in. (See cancellation policy below)
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Later arrivals must be prearranged with the innkeeper.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Rates
Rates are $109.00 to $125.00 per day. Please check our SPECIALS page.
Rates include full, 3 course gourmet breakfast.
Two night miniumum stay required on weekends and certain holidays.
We accept VISA, Master Card, personal checks (and of course, cash).
Cancellation policy - A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations. Reservations cancelled less than seven days prior to intended arrival date will forfeit entire deposit.
